Hi I need help.  I sold an item and was paid by the buyer by mobile express.  The funds show complete however I cannot access the funds and I dont know why...  The funds appear on my paypal yet state i have to wait 21 days for clearance.  why is this ?  how can I speed up getting funds cleared.   Ren..
