My add says its live but I cant find it when I do a customer search for it

It can take up to 24 hours for a new listing to show, which tends to decrease once you're established as a seller.

Its been 24 hours but its first sale for this account. Its had views but I cant find it when I do a search

If you revise a listing before it is indexed, it goes to the back of the line. If it has been more than 24 hours since the last revision, please post an item number.

OK, your listing is showing, but there are no photos of the car at all.

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS LISTING. As a new seller with an expensive listing you are almost certainly going to get scam bidders/buyers with it. Don't be fooled by a buyer offering you the price and then saying you can deliver it because eBay is holding the money in escrow for you. eBay doesn't do that ever.
