I have just sold some trading cards to a buyer who lives in Tasmania, but when she went to pay, eBay told her that the buyer (me) doesn't ship to Tasmania. This is not true as I have my settings so I only ship within Australia, but I am wondering if eBay has somehow mistakenly decided that Tasmania isn't part of Australia.
Anyway, I don't seem to be able to edit those settings now that the listing is ended. Is there any way I could do something in the invoice to let her pay, or can I modify my posting exceptions just for that listing? I have sent a manual invoice and suggested that if it doesn't work, she could try just sending a direct payment through PayPal with my email address, but I'm guessing she would rather do it through the official invoice in case it looks like I'm trying to stooge her.
