My buyer is not communicating

My buyer paid for my item, left positive feedback, but has failed to show to pick it up. We made an appointment for her to pick it up and she didn't show. She has my and my wife's mobile numbers. It is now more than three months since she was due to collect the item. She is not responding to my messages. I have sent at least one each month. I wonder whether something has happened to her. Is there any way ebay can check if she has been active and send some kind of top-line message to her? What is the protocol for the seller in this case. As I say she has been a great buyer in all other respects.
