My postage label printing stopped working using Microsoft 8.1

I have been trying to print postage labels without success. 

Worst is I am being charged each time.

I am using Windows 8.1.  At first I printed about 7 successful postage labels Wow!!

Suddenly I get blank postage labels, the cost of reprinting also blank is costing a heap of money charged to my account.

Can anyone help!!!
