Need help with Counterfeit claims on our eBay listings

Dear eBay Community,

I am writing on behalf of our hair care brand, which sells products in over 70 countries. We are the manufacturer and rightful owner who sells our brand products on eBay Aus and we have a VERO account.

Unfortunately, we have been facing some issues with eBay's counterfeit claims, which have been affecting our sales and listing rating. Despite several appeals to eBay via VERO email, chats and calls, we have not received any solution to this problem.

Every 3 to 6 months when we revise or add new listings on eBay, we receive a counterfeit mail from eBay and our listings are removed. This has also led to our account being put on restrictions, which has further impacted our sales and brand reputation.

As a responsible brand, we take our commitment to authenticity very seriously, and we have taken several steps to ensure that our products are genuine and meet eBay's policies. We have even provided eBay with the necessary documents to support our authenticity claims.

However, despite all our efforts, we are still facing these challenges, and we would appreciate it if anyone from the eBay community can help us find a solution to this issue. We value our partnership with eBay and would like to continue selling our products on this platform, but we cannot do so if our listings are constantly removed.

Thank you for taking the time to read this email. We look forward to hearing back from someone who can assist us in resolving this issue.

Best regards,

GK HAIR

Firstly I'd be more worried about the FB - than the ' counterfeit ' problem.

go to eBay Help (at top of page) and conduct a 'live chat'....good luck

You are posting on a member to member forum which is not read by anyone from eBay

While another member with experience  in the area might be able to suggest another point/person of contact, other members cannot actually assist you in resolving it directly

Out of curiosity -

In what country are the products you list on Ebay Aust produced?

Is it in fact Australia?

Maybe about the Distribution Agreement?? How many have it?

I gather you distribute to other sellers and are you selling the products below what they are selling for themselves. Could a seller of your product be placing complaints to ebay.
