In February I received Top-rated seller status (wow).In June I had it taken away.I still had 100% positive feedback but apparently 4 people had left negative private feedback in "item not as described".I find it hard to believe as the items have photos and accurate descriptions, I thought.No one has sent emails complaining about the items,whatever they were,or given me negative feedback.I always exchange items for people or give refunds.Ebay always wants us to improve our relationships with customers,do better,etc.How is this possible,1-to improve our product and or relationship when this can happen with no recourse for the seller.I questioned Ebay but not much came out of it.It does seem strange that I've had no direct complaints, who were these mystery unhappy buyers
