I am getting feedback from people who didn't buy the product and giving negative feedback and causing my rating down.

I assume you mean on a different ID as you do not have negs on the one you are posting with
As mentioned. feedback cannot be left until a buyer 'buys' (different to 'pays')
However, just be aware that many people do not like that some sellers are selling hand sanitiser and the like on eBay, so *if* that buyer(s) have not paid, it could be they were fake bidders
As mentioned, if someone does not pay, you need to open an unpaid item dispute
