I sold a dress on Sunday. I say in my ad that "I usually ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment.". I sent the dress today (2 days after since yesterday was totally impossible). The buyer sent me an awful message threating me with neg feedback if she doesn't receive the dress before Friday. What can I do?
