I know this is trivial but a buyer left neutral feedback but with the comment 'Great item Fast delivery' What??? I have contacted them and asked, politely, if they could change it to a positive. No response. My question is do I comment on their feedback, and if so what should I say?
I know it will eventually drop off the feedback page and other buyers who may look at my feedback will wonder, as I did, what was their problem!
I would not respond either; what more can you possibly say? Anybody who reads it can see it is a mistake, and why draw attention to it by making it stand out?
Unless it is necessary to contradict the statement I never reply to FB.
