where do you find what is and what is not covered?  Are pick up items covered, second hand items, crafts?

This is of great concern to me as well. It's an astounding move and worries me how this will or could be abused. I tend to sell old books, toys, board games etc. I am curious to see where these will fall under the new policy. I am worried what we will be left open to once this new policy comes into action. I have enjoyed being a 'hobby' seller making a little extra income, usually used to buy things from here. Slowly the enjoyment has turned into concern over time as the selling conditions have become eroded. So where do we go from here?

Seems the little guys are being knocked out of the game.
