No Sealed Box

I purchased  Eyesential  ( a wrinkle corrector) about 2 months ago from a well known online beauty site.. I removed it from the sealed packaging which I discarded. I never ended up using this product as I felt that it may not be suitable for my sensitive skin. Am I able to re-sell it on ebay, I'm unsure of any policy regarding skin products that are applied to the eye area. As I stated this product is new and the applicator in no way has been opened or used . Thanks in advance
