Non-paying bidder, Filed a claim and relisted item then the same bidder re-purchased the item again.

I recently sold an item at auction and the winner never paid.

So I filed a claim and waited the appropriate time, still no payment so the case was closed and I relisted the item.

Now the same person has re-purchased the same item and still hasn't paid.

I am a little over this, seems lately about 3 out of 5 people never pay for items they have won.

Is anything else I can do? Its such a waste of time.

Make sure you lodge another NPB dispute. If they leave neg fb it will be removed after the case is closed but block them first.

You can always add the non payers name to your Blocked Buyers list, found on this page :

http://pages.ebay.com.au/services/buyandsell/biddermanagement.html

This way, they can no longer bid on any of your listings.

You can also use the Buyer limits available on your listing page to block bidders who have had nonpaying striikes, when you are setting up your listing,
