I have open a case regarding a non paying bidder who has a history of non payment. How can I leave them neg feedback. Why does EBAY allow them to keep purchasing items when they have a history of non payment. Also it makes the buyer look bad because he or she has to keep relisting the items. So frustrating. It seems like the buyer has all the rights.
