Non paying bidders!!

Im soooo tired of non-paying bidders!!! I have my settings set that if someone has 2 non-payment strikes in a month, they should be blocked from bidding. The last 2 items ( same item) the winning bidders both have feedback ( on closer inspection) saying that they have not paid. Ebay should allow the non-payment strike option to be for one non-payment strike, and this should be shown on the buyers profile. Sellers are not allowed to leave negative feedback...so most sellers resort to leaving positive feedback with a negative comment!!! Sellers will only see this if the investigate further...we dont all have time to do this. PLEASE Ebay let sellers leave a non-payment strike which shows!!!!!!!!!!! Im sick to death of non-paying bidders wasting my time. Cannot remember how many i have had.....its frustrating and the problem needs to be solved! Makes me not want to bother any more. Non-paying bidders keep doing it over and over and over again...there is no real penalty for them not to. NON-PAYMENT STRIKE SHOULD SHOW ON THEIR PROFILE!!  PLEASE

Yes, it is very frustrating that person has 5 negative FB, but obviously the sellers have not issued strikes.

That is not eBay fault, that is the seller's fault that they break rules, lose their FVF, rather than follow eBay protocol.

I guess reporting them for breach of rules might make them do it properly in future.
