Non payment of item won on auction

Hi All

I recently had an item that was won on auction by a buyer who has never bought anything before.  This buyer comes from Malaysia. They have not answered my queries about payment to me and I have sent a couple of invoices.  My item was listed as a sale to Australia only.  What can I do now.  I do not expect them to pay or even reply to me any longer but my item is sitting up there as an "waiting for payment" which is a nuisance and I would like to get rid of it and I would also lioke to get re list my item.  I wonder also if I will get charged by Ebay? Can anyone help please.

If the sale ended 4 days or more ago then open a dispute for non payment and then 5 day later close the dispute and then you can relist.

This will also get your FVF refunded and give the buyer a non payer strike.
