As a seller, how long is reasonable before I relist an item that sold but despite communicating with the buyer, item has not been picked up nor payed for.

Is it my responsibility to ensure that I stipulate in my listings a time frame to ensure this doesn't happen again?

Will I also be reimbursed by ebay for the charges against this item.?

If 4 days has passed since the date of sale you can open a non payer dispute and 4 days late close it and this will give you back your FVF and the buyer gets a non payer strike then you can relist.

Yes it is up too you too state a pick up by date in the listing.

But this does not mean the buyer will read it but at least you have it there.
