hey guys !
i dont understand why but none of my items are eligible for me to send offers to potential buyers ( like watchers )
i often receive offers when i watch / like an item
why cant i do the same ??

As mentioned, listings need to be fixed price rather than auctions.
As well, watchers need to be recent for the option of send offer to appear.
I no longer sell so happy to be corrected.
Items must be listed as BIN to be eligible to send offers to buyers.
Your items are all listed as auctions.
Some people disable that option, as they don’t wish to be bombarded with offers.
That’s one possibility, at any rate.
