Because you are a new seller your payments will be on hold for up to 30 days.

It won't go to your Paypal account, it will go to the bank account you nominated for for Managed Payments (and verified your indentity there).

PayPal has not been a thing for sellers in about 5 years

You are required to sign up for Managed Payments, as mentioned which is the only option for sellers to be paid

I'd also suggest ending your current listings until you have completed that sign up, been verified to sell and read the selling basics

I can see you sold an item on  20th February.  Have you sold any others ?

I'm presuming you haven't signed up for managed payments.

This link will  give you all the information you need to do so.

I mean this kindly but I suggest you take down all your listings, read up about selling  on eBay and the fees involved,  then start afresh.

Postage $ 8.56 , then $1 item with   $14.95 postage cost ?  eBay fees are based on the total .

You have no sizes  mentioned and and no-one will be searching for a title of  "more photos".

If the buyer didn't pick up your sold item, hopefully you've already posted it.

Have you posted it?

If not, you are likely to get an Item Not Received case opened against you.
