I have had a package to a buyer retuned with the reason being that buyer has left addrress. The address I printed out to post to at the time of the sale is now different to the one the buyer has listed on E bay at this moment. She has obviously updated her details.
Where do I stand? I have sent a message and offered to refund the sale price or would post the package on to the new address with her paying additional postage. I can not get to her to reply to my messages. She did send a message back initially saying that she could not understand and what address did I sent you. I sent a message back stating the address I sent to. I have tried E-mailing her on the address kisted and have had the e-mails returned as undelivered also.
