Payment returned to purchaser and goods not collected but still charged.

I advertised wrought iron lattice which sold. Payment was made to paypal but my account was not set up properly and despite my attempts has not been effective. the money was returned to the purchaser. The purchaser has not collected the goods. I have been charged for the transaction but don't know how to cancell the charge.

Send one last message to the buyer instructing you need it picked up by xxdatexx and they can pay cash on pick up as the PayPal trans didn't go through.

If no response in a couple of days, cancel the sale to get your FVfee back and then you are free to relist.

But if you relist, check the PayPal email address before completing the relist. There could be a typo in it.
