After a long break from ebay I have returned to sell surplus car parts. AFTER selling the first item, ebay informed me I had to upload a government issued photo ID in order to receive payment. I hate this idea so much I wouldn't have used ebay had I known this. Anyway, I did it. Now I am waiting for purchaser to approve the item (it was posted a month ago). I have emailed purchaser three times without a reply. So... I have uploaded my details and messaged the purchaser ad still have no money.
Is it possible to just get the money when item is sold?
Finally, when I try to leave negative feedback, there is only a positive icon to click.
No
Managed Payments has been the only option for sellers to be paid for over 6 years now
Which you needed to have fully signed up to, and be verified to sell before you listed anything
ebay have not allowed anything other than positive feedback or no feedback back for buyers since 2008
Why would you neg the buyer for something that is your own doing?
You would have known had you read what you ticked you had read and understood/agreed to when you listed
Or any of the many communications sent by eBay to all sellers before Managed Payments came in
It must have been a very, very long break from what you have written, so a good a idea to read up on how selling works now
