Hi ebay seller here,
Ive been selling items on ebay over the last couple of months now, my feedback have been 100% positive.
My issue over the last couple of weeks items ive been sending off to customers ebay have been "holding" payments. As i check my available fund from the items ive sold which is quite a few my available balance has hit the negitive and rising.
Im not 100% entirely sure what is going on but got to the point where im worried and struggling to get in contact with ebay to resolve the issue. The items on ebay do say there still shipping items but thats from a couple of weeks ago, could that be the issue? Anyways im just worried and need some clarity, i hope someone can answer to my post because CS has been terrible from ebay.
If anyone can help it would be much appreciated
To add, did the buyer who left you positive mentioning the item was lost but she received a refund,
file an item not received claim under eBay's Money Back Guarantee ?
As that could also affect your payout time / money on hold.
If you need to contact eBay, go to eBay Help at the top of the page and when you get to the automated assistant, ask to speak to a supervisor

No, it's not 100% positive you have that neutral in your feedback.
That could be triggering your problem.
