Hi, ive purchased several Telstra phone recharges (not me 2u but a proper receipted recharge voucher number) from Ebay over the last 12 months without any problem, but i found this one yesterday and i can't really understand what the seller is saying.Can someone smarter than me explain?

I refuse to send the voucher due to as it gives me the persons phone number in the event of PayPal charge back.
