A buyer left me a green postive feedback but the comment was that the item was broken and addressed badly. It was packaged very well, and they never messaged me to tell me anything about it, so I was upset. And when I went to look into it I found that they had just left the same multiple feedback for someone else right before mine.
The feedback itself is confusing (they say that the item is broken and good in a couple of the same comments), but the fact that it also seems to have been left for my item by mistake when doing their feedback comments makes me wonder if I should try to do something about it. It's the only bad comment I've ever received. Should I contact the seller, who may just be confused or should I let it go?
