Postage fees not being paid for by customer at checkout

Hi,

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing any issues or I have done something wrong, but some of my items are being paid for excluding postage.

I looked back at the item (I have more than 1 of it for sale) and it specifically states a postage cost.

This has happened twice now (different items), and I find it embarrassing to contact the buyer to ask for postage.

Any ideas??

Go into your My eBay. Hover your mouse over the account tab at the top and then click on Site Preferences.

Look for Payments from Buyers under Selling Preferences and click "show".

You can edit preferences there.
