Hi there, I currently live in Melbourne Metro but may be moving outside Melbourne. I was wondering how regular and express post work if you live in rural Victoria? Thanks in advance.
Obviously it will be slower than mail in suburban Melbourne and unless you are in the Express Mail network area it will not be much use at all.
Both parties have to be in the network for Express Mail to work.
