Postage

Dear ebayers,

I have not sold on ebay for a while and am confused about charging postage. I have 2 items for sale, with the same small postage charge for each. I need to charge a larger amount for postage for the second item, but cannot manage to edit that one to change the postage. Could someone help me please? Would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi there,

If no one has bid yet, you can revise your listing, just go to revise my item at the upper left hand side of the listing. If bidding has started, I don't think you can change anything, except to add a note. Hope this helps. Cheers, AP

As there are no bids I am unsure why you cannot edit the postage cost, perhaps it is the service you have chosen, Unless you know exactly what the postage is going to be to anywhere in Australia you shouldn't be quoting anything as you cannot ask for more. You need to weigh and measure the contents with their packaging and either quote the correct flat rate if they will go in a satchel or use calculated postage if you are going to have to send as an ordinary parcel.

If you can't edit it then I would cancel the listing and start again, from scratch.

Are those doilies really vintage and antique or are they just in that style? If they are not a few decades old then you could be in line for a not as described dispute.

I don't think you will have much luck with your 'mystery' item either!
