Potential buyer has requested a delay in paying for item.

A potential buyer of one of my auction items has emailed me requesting that if she were to buy the item, would I allow her to delay payment until 17 July 2013, as she would not be able to pay until then.  My first impulse is to say "no", as I don't think anyone  would ask the sales staff at any other shopping outlet for something like this, plus I simply don't wish to wait that long for payment.  Still, I don't want to seem nasty by refusing either.  Any advice/opinions would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.
