Printing invoices - extra adverts????

Hi there,

I sell an item, I click on 'print invoice' to print out and put in the satchel when buyer has paid.

My invoice shows up on screen with a long skinny ad at the bottom of "my"info for some useless skin care cream or somewhere to buy fishing rods???

Mind you it does not happen with every invoice - maybe one out of three!!

What's the go with that and how do I get rid of it?? - I have no wish to advertise other sellers carp.
