Problem with with a buyer.

I have sold a IKEA Lounge, I was noted on the listing that some of the zip pullers were missing form the cushion covers.

 

 

The buyer now is demanding a refund of $99.00 for replacement of a new complete set of  IKEA covers because of the missing zip pullers.

 

The amount just happens to be the cost of a complete new set of covers from IKEA.

I has washed and ironed the covers and they were in a plastic bag, the buyer did not inspect them prior to taking the lounge.

 

Any help would be appreciated as this is the first negative experience I have encountered with a transaction.
