Question regards seller promotion in April

I need some help here. My item was listed and sold after April 1st with my seller promotion activated but doesn't seem to be satisfied the 0% transaction fee promotion. Could anyone explain the reason? I'm not selling any excluded items.

Yes I did, and I accepted it. It is shown active since 1st April
