Hi mate, I am a seller. We found some items lost or maybe just delay(it can not arrive on time). So some custmor want refund.
Ok, we can give him refund. But the item just have 2 choose:1, the product not at stock, then cancel it. 2, the buyer want cancel it.
So I just want ask: does there can add one choose: Item not arrive or lost, cancel it or refund? Thanks very much!
