A buyer has paid but not picked up item & not answering messages but I have just seen that they are currently SELLING on ebay! What to do??

I just looked on their page and saw that they are still using ebay, so obviously I am just being IGNORED by them.

Send them a message with a pick up by date (which should have been stated in the listing) and tell them if not picked up by ??/?? then payment will be refunded less storage costs and ebay fees.
You can call them as well, click on the link you will need the item number and the ID of the buyer.
