As a seller how can I get a buyers feedback reviewed?

A buyer messages me and told me that she left me with 1s instead of 5s in the feedback by mistake and she asked me to ask for a review of her feedback so she can change it as she meant to leave all 5s.
I searched around but I could not find where I can ask for a review.
Is this possible?

Only neg and neut feedback can be revised by sending a request to revise to the buyer.
As the buyer has put it in a message of their error call ebay and ask them to read the buyers message as suggested and see if they can remove the feedback but it means they would not be able to redo the feedback.
Seems the new changes to the feedback is causing a bit of this to happen 😞
Again ebay fix things that aint broke.
