Buying saying item not received wants refund

Buyer saying item not received.Tracking indicates delivered.I have opened Australia Post case and waiting on advice.Buyer wants refund.Its only been about 3 days since it was supposed to arrive.

If the tracking shows a delivery status of “delivered”, you are protected under Seller Protection. You are under no obligation to refund the buyer; it would be good if you continued to chase up the situation with AP and hopefully see it sorted out, but the buyer is dreaming with the refund request.
