Completed listings does not show my sales

I checked the completed listings and none of my sales show up.

I have an eBay store selling lots of one, two, three and four of the same item.

Does any one have any ideas as to why that is?  Is there a setting I need to change in my management settings?

If they are multiple listings they do not show in completed but under sold items.

They will not show in completed till the the item ends if listed for 30 days.

If you have them set as good till cancelled then they will not show in completed at all.
