How do I offer combined postage on my listings

How do I offer combined postage on my listings,.I dont have a store  .I cant see anywhere when placing a listing for this option ( or am I blind ?) thanks

When setting up postage options there is a box to enter the amount for every subsequent item.

Otherwise put in the description for buyers to put items into the cart and request an invoice before paying.
