I sold an item longer than 90 days ago and need to contact the buyer. They were unable to collect the item due to COVID19 lockdown restrictions happening a few days after their purchase. It is now 16 weeks later and I am trying to contact them so we can arrange pickup. They have already paid for their item. When I try to message them, eBay tells me the item doesn't exist so won't let me message the buyer. What can I do?
