I am already registered on eBay and want to open a store, but the system keeps asking me to register and doesnt appear to recognise me. Am I missing something?  Also, on one page it says that the Featured Store monthly fee is $24.95 but on another it says its $49.95.  I take it the latter is correct.

As you are already selling I assume you have the premier seller account set up already, so not sure if this will help, but putting a credit/debit card on file with eBay as well as paypal may assist.

eBay require sellers to pay automatically when they have a store, not sure if this is true of all sellers.
