I can no longer place photo's the way I always have, its asking me for a web page, is it my computer

I am not sure if the problem is my computer, but when I try and find out why I cannot place photos the way I always have it says that I have a choice, press the photo button but i am dammed if I can find the button. Am I going crazy?
