Hi ive complained several times re hot foot bath bold gold shaver I'm discussed with eBay's service trust has dimished also just recieved black & gold bangles poor quality it was ordered 3 months ago.

You have not posted anything on the forum you are posting with now

You can't make 'several failed attempts to open a dispute'

You have posted under selling but sounds more like you are the buyer?

No use 'complaining' to eBay if you bought is not what you were sent, or if the items were faulty or did not arrive

You open the appropriate dispute, within the time limit

If you choose not to use the tools every buyer is given, you will not be covered

3 months is out of time to do anything by eBay now

No point being discussed (sic)

Read up on the buying basics, care about who you buy from by checking feedback, open a dispute when required and you will not have such issues

You have not posted about this on the forum before under this ID either. There was no warranty on the products, you did not buy from an authorised seller. Again, you could have opened a dispute and choose not to do so. And again 'complaining to eBay' is not how to open a dispute . Other members cannot help you if you choose to ignore policies and then blame eBay. And finally, again, you cannot do many disputes for the same products . eBay have no idea you have an issue if you fail to follow the correct process. Given the number of issue youhave (with the negs you leave) and given the number of dodgy sellersyou choose to support, maybe eBay is not the best place for you
