Never Recieved Money After Delivery. Postage Carrier and Buyer both say its been delivered.

I sold boxing gloves on the 22nd of March, posted it, and it was delivered on the 25th of March (the buyer was close to me). A bit later, I noticed I had never received the money. The photo below is from Sendle's tracking website. I bought the label on eBay. I also messaged the buyer, and they said they received it 1 or 2 weeks ago (today is 5/04/25). The problem is that because eBay doesn't think it is delivered, the buyer is enjoying their boxing gloves, while I never received the money for it! Can the Buyer mark it as received? I can't report it to eBay because their help and report system is pre-set. I can't say what my problem is; they tell me what it might be. Any Solutions?Photo from SendlePhoto From Ebay

Money on hold due to you being an infrequent seller would seem the most likely reason

Hence there is nothing to report yet

And the buyer has not left you feedback, making it even less likely the hold will be less than the normal 30 days 

You are lucky the buyer did get them, and especially so fast, given Sendle's reptation
