REMOVED says he's paid for item by Pay Pal but cannot see it in my account

Yes new members payments are put on hold until after feddback recieved.

Also check your emails , if they paid you on an email that has not been added to your paypal account it is in limbo and asks you to accept funds.

All you do is add the email address to your paypal and then you recieve the funds.
