Send a message to my followers?

Is there a way to send a message to all my followers? With the postage stamp price increase next month and other information as well about my listings, would love to be able to send all my followers information about what's happening in the near future.

I know I can add this information to my "about" profile page but most don't read this, or only read it once. 

Would be helpful and maybe it is possible could someone please let me know if it is.

Bit of a bugger, I don't need or want to know who they are, just want to send them a message as a lot of my sales come from repeat buyers and I assume and hope that they are followers.
