Sold item which the Buyer paid, but no response to pick up?

I have sold an item which  the Buyer paid for, 

but after a few messages to organise day & time for pick up,

there is no response.

what Am I suppose to do?

Send one last message asking them to respond within a time frame, 24 or 48 hours.

Keep in mind, Melbournians are still restricted due to Covid-19.

If no response, refund less eBay and PayPal fees and add the buyer to your BBL.
