Why are my sold listings now relisting under gtc?

My sold items are now relisting themselves under this new GTC. Why, when its only 1 item?

Go to "Site Preferences" and under "Selling Preferences" near the top, check if you have the "Use the out-of-stock-option" box ticked.

If so, untick it, then click "Apply".
