eBay has somehow deleted some of my sold items from my sold items folder. This hase happened on 2 previous occasions. Some of the sold items I had invoiced the buyer, some I had posted, but not left feedback for.
I checked in my completed sold listings and some of the sold items are not there either. I sold 2 items overnight, and the buyer paid for them straight away. When I went to do a refund on the postage, she paid too much, PayPal were having teechnical issues and couldn't process the transaction. So, then I went to the sold item to contact the buyer about the refund, the sold listing had disappeared as well other sold listings.
After much mucking around, I finally got onto live support, but she couldn't understand what I was talking, and told me to check into my archives. Which I did, but it only shows totally completed and sent transactions, and even there most recent completed transactions aren't listed .I have tried to get ebay live chat again, but just can't seem to get onto them..
Is there a reason why recent sold items disappear?
