ebay will not refund my seller fees

i have had this happen bearly every other month but it was always resolved instantly once i spoke to the help chat

this time i have been waiting over 20-30 days for my 2 items from last month. i have all the photo proof and everything they asked for.

my case was escalated 15 days ago, and i had not heard a thing.i spoke to chat help this week and they escalated it again

ebay seems useless and gone down hill recently

i would like to know what ombudsman to i make a complaint to? is it the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) , i will also be making a complaint to the ACCC

eBay is not providing a financial service for you.

Try consumer affairs. 

But I feel you need to chase eBay up and you will probably be advised the same by any ombudsman.

i have chatted with help 5 or 6 times now, ebay is trying to get out of paying back the fees. i feel scammed and will be deleting my ebay account soon
