leaving feedback for very slower payers who don't communicate

how does one leave feedback to a buyer who needed reminding to pay but never bothered to communicate if there was a problem.

i know i can say the experience was positive overall and then make a suitably worded comment but the experince was far from positive for me. any ideas??

Sellers can only leave positive feedback and leaving a false positive is against eBay rules.

The buyer can have the feedback removed.

Buyers are in effect given 8 days on eBay to pay so if you have someone not paying or communicating after 4-5 days, you can then open an unpaid item case and the buyer gets a further 4 days to pay. If still no response, you close the case and buyer gets a strike on their account.

Better than feedback, I suggest you put your buyer blocks in place and if they have 2 or more stirkes within 12 months they cannot bid or buy from anyone with blocks.

I urge all sellers to have blocks in place, it means non payers cannot use eBay. Simples.

Also add this buyer to your BBL if you don't want them buying from you again.

If you really want to leave feedback then wait until buyer has left theirs and perhaps something like "Always glad to give good service even if buyer slow to pay"
